Cancellations made 14 days or less before check-in will be charged in full (100% of the stay). If you cancel within 24 hours after receiving your confirmation, an administrative fee of NOK 500 will apply.

Standard terms:
Changing dates is free of charge as long as the new dates are within 12 months and the change is made more than 14 days before arrival. Please note that only one date change is allowed per reservation. Cancellations made later than 14 days prior to arrival will not be refunded.

For packages and special occasions, separate cancellation policies may apply. Different terms apply when chartering the entire ship.
